Aged 2 years in Slavonian oak. Nose: Violets and Lavender Ruby red cherry. Palate: Darker fruit than on the nose, blueberry and black raspberry. Oak is prevalent in structure with strong tannin and a bright acidity.

This is a Super Tuscan: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot based. Made by Antinori, one the most famous and important figures of Italian wine. The structure in this wine has softened with its age. Tannins are silky and smooth. Darker fruits and much more tertiary characteristics such as earth, tobacco, toastiness and dark chocolate.
