Alessandro Fagorzi

Alessandro Fagorzi is an experienced hospitality leader who joined The Bastion Collection in 2025 as Director of Restaurants for Le Jardinier and Bar Bastion. Before this role, he was the General Manager of Le Coucou, where he maintained its Michelin star rating. Alessandro previous experience includes many renowned New York locales: Fasano, Armani, Del Posto, Le Bernardin, and Le Cirque. His leadership has consistently driven revenue growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence across the city’s finest dining establishments.

With a background in hospitality management, Alessandro's achievements include contributing to Del Posto’s 4-star New York Times review and a James Beard Award for Best Service. Additionally, he has written for The Wall Street Journal’s Food & Wine section and consulted on wine selections as a Second-level Sommelier from the Italian Association of Sommeliers.
