OUR STORY

Le Jardinier is a collaborative culinary experience crafted by the global hospitality group The Bastion Collection and Michelin-starred Chef Alain Verzeroli, longtime protégé of legendary French Chef Joël Robuchon.

Influenced by his 18 years immersed in Japanese culture, Chef Alain designed Le Jardinier as a tribute to the philosophy of seasonality that is deeply ingrained in Japanese cuisine. WITH MENUS MIRRORING THE NATURAL RHYTHM OF THE SEASONS, dishes constantly evolvE based on the best available ingredients.

Rooted in the refined elegance of French culinary technique, the menu features wild and sustainable fish, meat, and poultry complemented by local, seasonal fruits and vegetables, fresh herbs, and greens. The culinary team ensures every ingredient is used at its peak, highlighting the beauty of simple, seasonal preparation.
