MARCO INCERTI

Hailing from Bracciano, Italy, Chef marco brings a wealth of knowledge and an expert touch as he has spent the last 16 years in the kitchens of numerous highly acclaimed and Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Italy and New York City.

Originally inspired by watching his Abbruzzese grandmother cook for the family throughout his childhood, chef marco enrolled the C.P.F.P. Alberghiero di Amatrice culinary school in Rieti, Italy upon leaving home.

After graduation, chef marco trained in Rome at Michelin-starred restaurants and renowned luxury hotels including the Palazzo Manfredi, St Regis Hotel, Cavalieri Hilton, Parco dei Principi Hotel, and the Hotel Splendide Royal. He went on to hold positions at Michelin-starred The Cesar at La Posta Vecchia Hotel Rome, Michelin-starred i Portici at I Portici Hotel Bologna, 47 Circus Roof Garden at Fortyseven Hotel Rome, and Obbligo di Scarpetta in Rome.

In 2014, chef marco left Italy for New York City where he worked at renowned French restaurant, Le Cirque. He also held positions at the Core Club and the Michelin-Starred Benno Restaurant, another restaurant from the Bastion Collection.

In September 2022, Chef Marco Incerti joined as the Executive Sous Chef at Le Jardinier New York.
