With nearly two decades in the hospitality industry, Nikolas has cultivated a deep passion for building teams dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. His diverse career spans roles such as Concierge at the Omni Barton Creek Resort and Spa, Restaurant and Bar Manager at Hotel Granduca Austin, and Outlets Manager at the AT&T Executive Education Conference Center. He further honed his leadership as Hotel Manager at The Kimber Modern in Austin's renowned South Congress district.

In the spring of 2021, Nikolas joined The Bastion Collection’s La Table, located in Houston’s Uptown District, and was soon promoted to Assistant General Manager.

After a brief tenure at Le Jardinier MFAH, he made the move to New York City where in Spring 2024, his commitment and expertise led to his promotion to General Manager.
